My family has used Norm as both a buying and selling agent for almost ten years now, so we have extensive experience working with him on both sides of the fence, including recently. Having gone through the experience multiple times, I couldn’t imagine buying home without Norm or using someone else. For most people, buying a home will be the largest and possibly most daunting experience of their lives and having someone as knowledgeable and diligent as Norm is a must. His professionalism and attentiveness is a total cut above almost any agent I’ve ever met, couple with his impressive knowledge base and hustle to get hard work done. He also personalizes each action to make sure that his client’s are getting exactly what they want but in the most pragmatic way. On the buying side, twice now have I been able to get a house below list, both in hot markets. On the selling side, he was able to get above ask. And he tries to make the process as frictionless as possible. And every referral I’ve made for him has been met with beyond full satisfaction by those clients as well. I wouldn’t bother spending more time on finding a better agent, that time is better spent finding the house of your dreams!"
